Once we have all the information we need, we’ll assign the carrier that best suits your request and time frames. We will provide you with the carrier’s contact information and a pick up window so you can plan accordingly and have the most smooth experience possible. We value your time and don’t want you to have to waste the whole day on this.
Please find a pick up checklist where we mentioned everything you need to know about this procedure so we definitely advise you to read it before your driver gets to the pickup location. You’ll be notified of the driver’s arrival in advance.
You’ll be prepared for the vehicle delivery since not only do we give you an estimated delivery window, but also the carrier company will get in touch with you in advance to let you know when they’ll be arriving at the destination.
